Failure to download or review a completed design does not waive payment responsibility. Any case submitted via the Smart Smile Dental Lab portal is considered authorized for design and billing once uploaded, regardless of whether the final design is accessed.
We accept credit cards and ACH payments. Monthly billing or DSO arrangements are available for qualifying offices. For overdue invoices, Smart Smile Dental Lab reserves the right to pause work on subsequent cases or suspend portal access until outstanding items are resolved.
Cancellations must be submitted in writing before design work begins to avoid charges.
All restorations come with a 3-year warranty covering workmanship and material defects under normal conditions. We stand behind our work 100%; if you experience issues, our team will assess the situation and provide a repair or remake as appropriate.
Internal clinic workflow issues do not waive payment responsibility. Approved accounts include unlimited reasonable modifications within the original case scope. Smart Smile Dental Lab reserves the right to update these policies at any time via our website.
